Kimberly’s skill with people has been honed over many years in person-to-person sales situations. Prior to her work in real estate, she worked in the sale of annuities as well as life, disability and long-term care insurance. During her time in this field, Kimberly was recognized as both a top producer as well as a superior provider of excellent customer service. She continues that reputation for performance and service today in the real estate clients she serves throughout the greater Hollywood, Hallandale, and North Miami markets.
Kimberly’s specialty is single-family homes between $200,000 and $1 million. Originally from the Miami area, she also offers a hometown perspective when it comes to understanding the Miami market. She has lived in a variety of neighborhoods throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties during her lifetime, and she considers the unique architecture and interior design trends of these different destinations to be yet another area of specialization.
In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, Kimberly is also a licensed Real Estate Broker, a licensed Mortgage Broker, holds a Series 6 Financial License, and is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales.
